RE WAYTH Supreme Court of Victoria, at Law STAWELL, C.J., and BARRY, J. 22 November 1879 Attorney — Unlawful conveyancing — Agreement for sale of goodwill and lease of hotel — 11 Vict. (No. 33), sec. 13 .

It is no breach of the above enactment, to charge a fee for drawing up an agreement for the sale of the furniture and goodwill of a hotel, by which also the person (a hotel broker, and not an attorney, &c.) drawing it purported, as agent for the owner of the premises, to let the premises to the purchaser.
