A. recovered judgment in the Supreme Court against B., and by deed assigned his right and interest under the judgment to C. A. subsequently saw B., and told him of the assignment, and produced the deed for B.’s inspection. No other notice of the assignment was given to B. A. afterwards issued execution at the request of C.
