The title of a purchaser to goods sold him by a trustee for creditors is valid although the goods have been assigned to such trustee in order to defeat an execution issued upon a judgment against one of the joint owners of the goods, so long as such sale is bon fide and possession has been taken of the goods by the purchaser.
