Where an articled clerk has been prevented through illness from serving continuously for three years under his articles, as required by sec. 15 (3) of the Legal Profession Practice Act 1891, the Court may allow him to enter into supplementary articles and to serve under such supplementary articles the period which had been lost under the original articles.
