Where the matters in issue in an action were referred to arbitration by Rule of court, and the parties afterwards agreed as to the amount of damages, which the arbitrators by mistake omitted in drawing up the award, so that the taxing officer had nothing to tax upon, the Court referred back the award for amendment.
