Upon an application to revoke the grant of probate to executors, on the ground of testator’s insanity, the Court, after the case had been opened on affidavits, directed the evidence to be taken viv voce, and the case heard upon the viv voce evidence and the affidavits. The testator having delusions as to the chastity of his wife and other matters, on which delusions the will was based, the Court set aside the probate granted of his will, and granted administration to the widow.
