Where an order has been duly made transferring the proceedings in insolvency, under sec. 10, to another district, a subsequent order made ex parte, upon the application of the official assignee, directing that no further action should be taken on the former order,—Held, on appeal, bad; and the second order reversed, with costs to be paid by the assignee.
