In an undefended suit by two cestuis que trustent against the administrator and other cestuis que trustent, the Court made a decree without reference for the payment to them by the administrator of their share of the balance appearing by the accounts filed by him to be in his hands, and of their costs of suit, without prejudice to the rights of the other cestuis que trustent.
