Upon an application by an attorney under power of the widow, resident in New York, of an intestate, who had not been heard of for seven years, and was presumed to have died in New York, to whom administration had been granted by the Surrogate’s Court in the state of New York, the Court before granting administration required evidence of the jurisdiction of that Court, and of the marriage of the intestate.
