It is generally a matter of course, where a decree in one administration suit has been obtained, to stay all others; and that, though the decree may be collusive, in the sense of the executor having facilitated it; and there is no authority to show that the impugning a plaintiff’s demand in a first suit, is a reason for letting a second proceed.
