The Registrar is not empowered by sec. 6 of the Administration and Probate Act 1915 to make the grant contemplated by sec. 98. Sec. 6 is not dealing with cases in which there has been a prior grant which is unrevoked, and it does not apply to cases arising under Part TV. of the Act, which in itself provides the necessary procedure for dealing with applications in which the Curator is concerned.
