A caveat against an application for probate was presented for lodgment at the
Probate Office on 9 November 1961, but not accepted by the probate clerk
because the date of death of the testatrix was not endorsed on it. The caveat
was taken away and on 10 November was lodged with the endorsement completed;
but prior to such lodgment the Registrar of Probates on 10 November had signed
and sealed with the seal of the Court the order for grant of probate.
