A testatrix, who had duly executed her will, afterwards cut out from the first page thereof certain words containing a specific bequest. In so doing she cut out also her signature and part of the attestation clause, which were on the back of that page. It appeared, on the facts, that the testatrix had destroyed the signature and part of the attestation clause by inadvertence, and without any intention to revoke the will.
