The testatrix, who was lying ill in bed, and whose physical strength was rapidly failing, attempted to sign her name at the foot or end of her will, which had been prepared under her instructions. She made a mark, which appeared to be portion of the initial letter of her Christian name, and then desisted, saying: "I cannot do any more." The document was thereupon duly subscribed by the attesting witnesses.
