A testatrix wrote her will on a printed form and, intending thereby to sign the will, wrote her name in the attestation clause in a blank space provided for the name of the signatory. Her husband subsequently called two persons into the room. The testatrix said to them: “He’s brought you in to witness my will. That’s the will on the table.” They thereupon signed the will as attesting witnesses. It did not appear whether they saw the testatrix’s signature or not.
