The requirement of the Court that beneficiaries be separately represented on an application by an executor for leave to pass his accounts is not satisfied where they are represented by the managing clerk of the executor’s solicitor, notwithstanding that the clerk is a solicitor with a right of private practice, which he actively exercises.
