Sec. 4 of The Perpetual Executors and Trustees Association Act (No. 840) provides as follows:—"Any person entitled to obtain administration to the estate of any intestate as his next of kin may instead of himself applying for administration authorize the company to apply for administration to such estate and administration to the estate of the intestate may be granted to the said company upon its own application when so authorized."
