On an application for letters of administration with the will annexed, the document propounded as the will was duly executed as a will, and was substantially as follows:—"After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my children __________ And I hereby appoint ___________ execut __________ of this my will In Witness whereof," etc.
