On an application by the executors named in the will for probate of a codicil under which the only beneficiaries were infants the Court, instead of requiring the appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent the infants, examined the attesting witnesses and, being satisfied by their evidence that the requirements of the Wills Act as to due execution had not been complied with, refused probate of the codicil.
