An Act of Parliament vested a fund in trustees as to one-third for H.’s widow absolutely, and as to the remaining two-thirds upon trust to apply the interest thereof for the benefit of H.’s children until the youngest surviving of them should attain twenty-one, when the trustees should “pay the principal in equal shares to all such children who were alive at the time of the decease of H. or their representatives.”
