A contract in writing for the absolute sale of goods by a debtor to his creditor, if there be a contemporaneous parol understanding between the parties that the vendor may have back the goods on paying what is due, is void unless filed as a bill of sale. The transaction does not come within sec. 15 of Act No. 557.
