In an affidavit to prove personal service under sec. 2 of the Act No. 319 amending "The Justices of the Peace Statute 1865" (No. 267), the words in the jurat "Sworn before me" etc. are not sufficient to show that the affidavit was, or purported to be "signed" as well as "made" before the justice or commissioner.
