S109(13) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 provides: "Where a Conciliation division is hearing a matter under this section, the Conciliation division may proceed to make a recommendation on the question of the entitlement of a worker to receive weekly payments." S117(6) of the Act provides: "Where a Conciliation division makes a recommendation to the parties to proceedings under this Part, a party to those proceedings may, within 28 days after the recommendation is made, apply to the Tribunal division for a determination."
