"(2) All portable relics which are the property of the Crown or which are directed by the Minister to be removed to a place of safe storage under s22(3) shall be entrusted to the care of the Director of the National Museum of Victoria to be lodged in the National Museum of Victoria, unless the Minister after consulting the Minister for the Arts, otherwise determines."
